Executive lounge rates are as follows, Entry fee for initial 2 hours: Rs.200/- per person. Services included in the entry fee:-

5. Train Information Display and Announcement

How to enter Executive Lot
You will need to carry a government-issued photo identity proof such as PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License etc and valid train ticket either reserved or unreserved, while going to the Executive Lounge. In addition, all Visa/Master/Maestro Debit/Credit cards will be accepted at the Executive Lounge.
Apart from this, IRCTC is being operated in Agra, Jaipur, Sealdah, Madurai, Ahmedabad. It is free of charge for children up to three feet. Anyone with a height exceeding 3 feet will be treated as an individual and applicable fee will be charged. If any passenger wants to know anything about this on the helpline number of the railway, then it is available on 139. For this, you have to send SMS to “Lounge” on your mobile on 139, after that you will get the information from there.
