The New Delhi-Kanpur Central Shatabdi, which runs on all days of the week except Sundays, will run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 23 December to 26 February. A total of 21 pairs of trains have been reduced in frequency.

Because of this a large number of trains have to be canceled every year. Keeping this in mind, Northern Railway has announced cancellation of 31 pairs of trains from December to February. An announcement has been made to reduce the frequency of many trains including Kanpur Shatabti and Gorakhpur Humsafar.
Already canceled for the convenience of passengers
Railway officials say that for the convenience of passengers traveling in advance, a list of trains canceled due to fog has been issued. With this, passengers can pay attention to other trains or any other option as per their convenience. According to the weather, a decision can be taken to run canceled trains or to extend their duration. He says that only passengers with confirmed tickets can travel in long distance trains due to corona infection.
