The government on Wednesday announced that around 11.56 lakh railway employees will get a bonus equal to 78 days’ salary.

New Delhi. Big news is coming for the railway employees before Diwali. The government has given a big gift to the railway employees. Like last year, this year also 78 days bonus has been announced for railway employees. About 11.56 lakh non-gazetted employees of Railways will get bonus equal to 78 days’ salary.



Union Minister Anurag Thakur informed about the decisions of the cabinet meeting on Wednesday. He said that in the cabinet meeting today, decisions were taken regarding two departments. Over the years, the Productivity Link Bonus is available to the non-gazetted employees of the Railways. It has been decided in the cabinet meeting that this year also the bonus of 78 days will be given to the non-gazetted employees of the Railways. He said that about Rs 1,985 crore would be spent on this.

Thakur said that PM Mitra Yojana will be launched which will make a huge contribution in the field of textiles and garments. This will provide employment to lakhs of people. 4445 crore will be spent in this in 5 years. 7 Mega Integrated Textile Regional and Apparel (MITRA) parks will be built on this.





At the same time, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said that the scheme for RoSCTL was launched in 2019 which has been extended till 2024. Due to this there is enthusiasm about exports in the textile sector.
