IRCTC made several tweets simultaneously and told that if you also want to get any kind of refund on ticket booking from railways or make any other kind of complaint, then you should take the help of IRCTC official website or customer care only. Apart from this, share your important personal information only through DM Verify Twitter handle.
IRCTC tweeted, “Users are requested to beware of any suspicious link / call / look alike with our Twitter handle. Please do not share your personal details on social media platforms like phone numbers etc. Your mobile number Share via DM only on our verified Twitter handle.”

IRCTC has already issued such alerts to protect passengers from railway frauds. IRCTC had issued some similar alerts on June 13 and 14 as well.
