New Delhi. On behalf of East Coast Railway zone of Indian Railways, non-interlocking work is being done between Angul-Talcher Road stations under Khurda Road Division. Due to these works, the movement of trains on this route will be affected. Especially trains running from Ajmer, Jodhpur to Puri (Puri Express) will be affected, which will be operated by divert route.
According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway (NWR), due to the above work, these following railway services running under NWR will run on the changed route:-
1. Train No. 20824, Ajmer-Puri Express train service which will leave Ajmer on 06.01.22 will operate on its scheduled route via Aungul-Talcher Road-Budhapank instead of diverted route via Aungul-Talcher Road-Talcher-Budhapank.
2. Train No. 20814, Jodhpur-Puri Express train service which will leave from Jodhpur on 08.01.22 will operate on its scheduled route via Aungul-Talcher Road-Budhapank instead of diverted route via Aungul-Talcher Road-Talcher-Budhapank.
