Indian Railways: The work of commissioning of third line at Singhpur station of Burhar-Shahdol section on Bilaspur division is going on. For this, non-interlocking works will be done. Udaipur City-Shalimar-Udaipur City rail service operating on North Western Railway has been canceled in both the directions.
New Delhi. The work of commissioning of third line is being done at Singhpur station of Burhar-Shahdol section on Bilaspur Division of South East Central Railway. For this, non-interlocking works will be done. For this reason, traffic block is being given, due to which the movement of many trains operating on North Western Railway will be affected.
According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, Udaipur City-Shalimar-Udaipur City train service will be canceled in both the directions due to non-interlocking work as follows:-
Cancelled train services (from originating station)
1. Train No. 20971, Udaipur City-Shalimar train service will remain canceled on 23.07.22.
2. Train No. 20972, Shalimar-Udaipur City train service will remain canceled on 24.07.22.
Apart from this, the North Eastern Railway has already announced the cancellation of the following trains due to this work:-
15231 Barauni-Gondia Express running from Barauni to July 21 to 23 will remain cancelled.
15232 Gondia-Barauni Express running from Gondia from 22nd to 24th July will remain cancelled.
18201 Durg-Nautanwa Express running from Durg on 08th, 13th, 15th and 20th July, 2022 will remain cancelled.
18202 Nautanwa-Durg Express running from Nautanwa on 10th, 15th, 17th and 22nd July, 2022 will remain cancelled.
