The facility of traveling on general ticket i.e. unreserved ticket has always been there in the Railways, but it was closed to control the crowd during the Corona period. Due to unreserved tickets, it was difficult to control the crowd. Now that the effect of Corona is decreasing, the Railways has decided to start it again, taking some precautions.
What will be the benefit
There was a continuous demand from the passengers to start it. The reason for this is that reserved tickets are expensive, due to which the expenses of daily commuters have increased. Not only this, reservation charge was also being paid in booking reserved tickets and it also took a lot of time. Now customers will get relief from unreserved ticket i.e. current ticket.
