New Delhi. Indian Railways has decided to cancel, divert and stop a dozen trains of Bihar Route. Northern Railway has also informed the passengers in this regard that non-interlocking work is being done at Kursela station of Sonpur division of Bihar.
Due to this, apart from canceling all these trains, the divert route will be stopped and run. Passengers traveling in trains running on this route should get information in advance so that they do not have to face any kind of inconvenience.
According to the information received by Northern Railway, due to non-interlocking works, the following trains between West Bengal, Jammu, Assam, Punjab, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi running on this route will be affected:-
These trains will remain canceled
15909 Dibrugarh – Lalgarh Avadh Assam Express departing on 25.12.2021 will remain cancelled.
15910 Lalgarh-Dibrugarh Avadh Assam Express departing on 24.12.2021 will remain cancelled.
15654 Jammu-Guwahati Amarnath Express departing on 24.12.2021 will remain cancelled.
15483 Alipore Gate – Delhi Jn departing on 23.12.2021. Mahananda Express will remain cancelled.
15484 Delhi Jn departing on 25.12.2021. -Alipur Gate Amarnath Express will remain cancelled.
Diverted trains
The 12424 New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express starting the journey on 25.12.2021 will travel via Danapur-Patna Mokama-Kiul-Malda Town.
19601 Udaipur-New Jalpaiguri Express commencing on 25.12.2021 will travel via Khagaria-Mansi-Saharsa-Purnia-Katihar.
22411 Naharlagun-Anand Vihar Terminal Arunanchal Superfast Express commencing on 25.12.2021 will travel via Katihar-Purnia-Saharsa-Mansi.
15635 Okha-Guwahati Express starting its journey on 24.12.2021 will travel via Mokama-Kiul-Malda Town.
15715 Kishanganj-Ajmer Jn. Express, which will start journey on 26.12.2021, will go via Malda Town-Kyul-Patna-Patliputra-Parmanandpur.
These trains will be run by stopping on the way
12408 Amritsar – Katihar Express departing on 24.12.2021 will be diverted between Chhapra Rural – Katereh with stoppage of 90 minutes.
Railway has also informed that 12424 New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani starting journey on 25.12.2021 and 15715 Kishanganj-Ajmer Express commencing journey on 26.12.2021 at Patna Jn. Will stop at the station.
