Actually, the double-decker train running between Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh and the country’s capital Delhi was closed for the last three years, whose operation is going to start once again. After a long wait of railway passengers, Northern Railway has decided to run double decker train between Lucknow to Anand Vihar Terminal for passengers reaching Delhi from different parts of Lucknow.
Operations from 10th May
According to the Railways, this train is being operated once again from May 10. This train will start from Lucknow and will travel to Anand Vihar in Delhi via Moradabad. Railway Board said that this AC double decker train will run for four days instead of six days in a week. Along with this, the reservation of seats in this train has also started.
Know when it will run
The running of this train will bring a lot of relief to the passengers going from Lucknow to Delhi. Especially in the summer season, you will also get the pleasure of AC train at low cost and the journey will also be completed on time. Train number 12583 double decker train will start running four days a week on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from May 10. Which will leave from Lucknow Junction at 4:55 am, via Bareilly, Moradabad, Ghaziabad and will reach Anand Vihar station in Delhi at 12.55 am.
On the other hand, train number 12584 from Anand Vihar Terminal to Lucknow Double will run from Anand Vihar Terminal at 02.05 pm on every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from May 10, reaching Lucknow at 10.30 pm.
