What is the new rule
According to the rule, during your night journey, no passenger traveling together will be able to talk in loud voice on mobile. Nor will he be able to hear songs in a loud voice. Action will be taken against such people on receipt of complaints from passengers.

Under the new rule, if a passenger receives a complaint about a problem, the train staff will have to go to the spot and solve the problem. If there is no solution, then the entire responsibility will be on the train staff. On behalf of the Railway Board, the General Managers of all the zones have been asked to implement the rules by issuing orders in this regard.

Rule after 10 PM
Under the new rule, no passenger will be able to talk loudly on mobile after 10 pm. Nor is listening to loud music allowed. In the night journey, all the lights have to be turned off except for the night light. Passengers walking in the group are not allowed to talk in loud voice. Action can be taken on receipt of complaint. Checking staff, RPF, electrician, catering staff and maintenance staff will work peacefully at night.
