New Delhi. Indian Railways is operating two pairs of festive special trains for the convenience of the passengers in view of the upcoming Chhath Puja, Diwali festivals. On behalf of North Western Railway, these trains will be operated from Ajmer and Jodhpur to Bandra Terminus in both the directions.
According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, Ajmer-Bandra Terminus-Ajmer and Jodhpur-Bandra Terminus-Jodhpur festival special trains should be operated for the convenience of passengers in view of additional passenger traffic during Puja/Deepawali/Chhath Puja festivals. 1. Train No. 09621, Ajmer – Bandra Terminus Utsav Special train will leave Ajmer at 06.35 hrs on Sunday, 07 November and arrive Bandra Terminus at 04.15 hrs on Monday, the next day.
Similarly, Train No. 09622, Bandra Terminus – Ajmer Utsav Special train will leave Bandra Terminus at 05.30 hrs on Monday, 08 November and will reach Ajmer at 01.30 hrs, the next day. This train service will stop at Kishangarh, Jaipur, Durgapura, Sawai Madhopur, Kota, Bhavani Mandi, Ratlam, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi and Borivali stations on the route.
2. Train No. 04807, Jodhpur – Bandra Terminus Utsav Special train will leave Jodhpur at 17.15 hrs on Saturday, 06 November and will reach Bandra Terminus at 11.55 hrs, the next day.
Similarly, Train No. 04808, Bandra Terminus – Jodhpur Festival Special train will leave Bandra Terminus at 14.45 hrs on Sunday, 07 November and will reach Jodhpur at 09.45 hrs the next day. This train service will stop at Luni, Samdari, Mokalsar, Jalore, Modran, Marwar Bhinwal, Raniwada, Dhanera, Bhildi, Patan, Mahesana, Ahmedabad, Vadodara etc. stations on the route.
