Indian Railways: Work is being done to double the railway line between Sitapur-Tappa Khajuria-Parsendi stations of Lucknow division. Due to this, due to the work of pre-non-interlocking and non-interlocking, engineering block is being taken from November 16 to 24. Due to this, two dozen trains operating between major cities of the states of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu, UP, Bihar, West Bengal and Assam will be affected.
New Delhi. The work of doubling the railway line between Sitapur-Tappa Khajuria-Parsendi stations of Lucknow Division is being done by Indian Railways . Due to this, pre-non-interlocking and non-interlocking work will be done. This work will be done from November 16 to 24, due to which engineering block is being taken. Due to this, the operation of two dozen trains operating on this route will be affected. All these trains are going to operate between major cities of the states of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Assam.
During this, a dozen trains are being canceled. At the same time, a dozen trains will be run on the divert route as well as by short terminated or short oriented. It is necessary for the passengers traveling by all these trains to get information before their journey so that they do not have to face any kind of trouble.
According to Pankaj Kumar Singh, Spokesperson of North Eastern Railway, all these following trains will be cancelled, diverted and short terminated and short origination due to engineering block being taken due to doubling work between Sitapur-Tappa Khajuria-Parsendi stations of Lucknow division. :-

- 05091 Gonda-Sitapur Unreserved Special Train will remain canceled on 16th November, 2021.
- 05091/05092 Gonda-Sitapur-Gonda unreserved special train will be canceled from November 17 to 24.
- 05086/05085 Lucknow Jn-Mailani-Lucknow Jn. Unreserved special train will be canceled from November 20 to 24.
- 05088/05087 Lucknow Jn-Mailani-Lucknow Jn. Unreserved special train will be canceled from November 20 to 24.

Short origin –
05010 Mailani-Gorakhpur special train running from Mailani from 21st to 25th November will be run from Gomtinagar. This train will remain canceled between Mailani to Gomtinagar.
