New Delhi: Before Diwali, the government has given a big gift to the central employees, beneficiaries of Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana and pensioners. According to sources, 78 days bonus has been approved for railway employees from the cabinet. At the same time, approval has been given to extend the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana by 3 months.
According to the report, ahead of Dussehra and Diwali, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) has approved a 78-day Production-Linked Bonus (PLB) for railway employees for 2021-22. The burden will increase.
How much bonus will you get
The prescribed pay calculation limit for payment of PLB to eligible non-gazetted railway employees is Rs.7,000/- per month. The maximum amount payable per eligible railway employee is Rs 17,951 for 78 days.

Approval has been given to increase the dearness allowance of central employees. 4% increase in DA has been approved by the cabinet. Due to this, the dearness allowance of central employees has increased from 34% to 38%. This decision will benefit the existing 50 lakh central employees. Apart from this, about 62 lakh pensioners will also benefit.
