According to the information, non-interlocking work is going on in Bilaspur Railway Division. In such a situation, it has been announced to cancel the trains going through this route from 23 December to 1 January 2022. Bilaspur Railway Division comes under South-East Central Railway. This announcement of railways during Christmas and New Year holidays has increased the problems of people wanting to go home. Railways has made it clear that the money will be refunded to the passengers booking in the trains which have been announced for cancellation.
Howrah-Ahmedabad Express will run as a passenger
Along with the announcement of cancellation of trains, Indian Railways has made another big announcement. Due to non-interlocking work, train number 12834 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express will be run as a passenger train between Jharsuguda to Raigarh from December 24 to 30. This means that on the scheduled dates, this train will stop at every major and minor stations.
