Facility at 200 stations
For this facility, kiosks are being set up at the station. Their name has been given as ‘Railwire Sathi Kiosk’. At present, this facility will be available at 200 railway stations. In such a situation, if passengers are waiting for the train or waiting for someone to come, then they can go to these kiosks and make Aadhaar or PAN card.
Service started on 2
Not only this, passengers will also get the facility to recharge their phones and pay electricity bills at these stations. At present, this facility has started at 2 stations of North Eastern Railway. At the same time, this facility will start being available at other stations soon.
Stations being marked
Common Service Center Kiosks are being installed by RailTel at 200 railway stations across the country. In the first phase, kiosks have been set up at Varanasi City and Prayagraj Rambagh. In the second phase, preparations are being made to start this facility at other major stations. For this the stations are being marked.
Other facilities will also be available
Tax filing facility will also be available at these kiosks. Along with this, tickets for trains, flights and buses can also be booked. At the same time, banking, insurance and many other facilities will also be available here.
Small government work done on CSC
Let us tell you that the government has started opening Common Service Center (CSC) to settle small government works at the local level. For this a license has to be obtained from the government. In these places, the work of making electricity bill, phone bill, phone recharge, insurance, Aadhaar and PAN card is done.
