New Delhi. In view of the convenience of railway passengers, Railways has decided to operate many reserved special trains. Northern Railway has decided to run a pair of reserved special trains between Jalandhar Cantt and Bandra Terminus. Their operation will make the journey of the passengers easier.
According to Northern Railway Spokesperson Deepak Kumar, for the clearance of extra rush of passengers and for the convenience of railway passengers, the special train number 02472/02471 reserved between Northern Railway, Jalandhar Cantt and Bandra Terminus will be operated as follows. Will do:-
02472 Jalandhar Cantt – Bandra Terminus Reserved Special train will depart Jalandhar Cantt at 03.30 pm on 22.12.2021 and arrive Bandra Terminus at 04.10 pm, the next day. In the return direction, 02471 Bandra Terminus – Jalandhar Cantt Reserved Special train will leave Bandra Terminus at 11.00 a.m. on 24.12.2021 and arrive Jalandhar Cantt. at 11.10 a.m. the next day.
02472/02471 Jalandhar Cantt – Bandra Terminus – Jalandhar Cantt Reserved Special Train Route at Phagwara, Ludhiana, Ambala Cantt, Panipat, Sabzi Mandi (one way stop at 02472), New Delhi, Hazrat Nizamuddin (one way stop at 02471), Mathura Jn ., Sawai Madhopur, Kota Jn., Bhawani Mandi, Nagda Jn., Ratlam Jn., Meghnagar, Dahod, Godhra Jn., Vadodara Jn., Bharuch Jn., Surat, Vapi and Barowli stations in both the directions.
These trains will remain canceled / short terminated
Apart from this, 12413 Ajmer-Jammu Tawi Express commencing journey on 22.12.2021, 12445 Jaisalmer-Jammu Tawi Express commencing on 23.12.2021 will remain canceled due to dharna/demonstration on Firozpur Division. 12137 Mumbai – Firozpur Express which started its journey on 20.12.2021 will terminate its journey at Faridkot. 12138 Firozpur – Mumbai Express, which will start its journey on 22.12.2021, will start its journey from Faridkot.
