Vande Bharat Express from Delhi to Katra and Varanasi-
At present, Vande Bharat is running from Delhi to Varanasi and Delhi to Katra only. At present only 2 Vande Bharat trains are operating. Railways has decided to add Vande Bharat train on new routes. Through this, metros will be connected on 10 different routes of the country, the biggest benefit will be to the people there.
Vande Bharat will run on these routes:
Vande Bharat will run on seven new routes including Jaipur – Delhi, Jaipur – Jodhpur, Jaipur – Kota. In these routes, this journey will be completed in just two to two and a half hours. Railways has set a target that by 2023, 75 Vande Bharat trains will run on the track. This train is the fastest running train in the country. It was earlier named Train-18 which has now changed to Vande Bharat.
Vande Bharat train runs on track without locomotive engine. This train is equipped with many facilities. In this, four emergency windows have also been installed in case of emergency. The train also has vacuum-equipped toilets, GPS-based passenger information system, automatic sliding gates and CCTV cameras. Full food facility is also available in the train.
