But, there are many complaints about the quality of closed food. Therefore, taking a strict view, the Railways has decided that now regular food will be checked in the train. For this, Railways will deploy 50 FSS (Food Safety Supervisor).
Mines will be continuously checked in the train
Keeping in view the health of the passengers, the railways will now regularly check the food provided to the passengers. Not only this, if any complaint is received during this period, then it will also be removed. Taking a big decision, IRCTC has said to regularly check the quality of food in the base kitchen. Food safety supervisors will also be specially deployed for this. At the same time, the help of private labs will also be taken for testing of food products. In fact, for the satisfaction of the passengers, the Railways is trying at every step and the Railways says that after their opinion, the shortcomings will also be rectified.
50 FSS will be deployed
The complaints of passengers about the food available in trains keep on getting and strict steps have been taken to remove it. There has been some improvement in the quality due to this, but the problem of passengers has not been solved. That is why it has been decided to deploy FSS on behalf of the Railways. At present, applications have been invited for deployment of 50 FSS. Let us tell you that before the Corona period, IRCTC had 46 base kitchens. Every kitchen will have at least one Food Safety Supervisor.
Help will be taken from private agency
It will be his responsibility to ensure the quality of the food prepared in the kitchen. On the other hand, a private agency will conduct a survey for how satisfied the passengers are with the food available in railway stations and trains. This work will be assigned to the agency for two years. The staff of the agency will prepare the report by talking to the passengers in the catering stalls at stations and in the trains.
