Ticket rules from the reservation counter
This rule was made mandatory by the Indian Railways last year, so that contact tracing of people can be done during the epidemic. For this, the Railways had made the complete and PIN code of the passenger mandatory for the reserved tickets. This rule was continued even when the outbreak of Corona was mild. However, later the railways gave relief in the rule of pin code for tickets from the reservation counter.
