In the night time, patrolling of women members in RPF has been started by Bilaspur Railway Division in two trains. At present this facility has been started in Amarkantak Express and Sarnath Express. With the increase in the number of women staff in Railway Protection Force, night time system (scarting) will be implemented in other trains also.
It has often been seen that women passengers traveling alone during night are hesitant to tell anything to the male force of RPF when there is a problem, so Bilaspur Railway Division has organized night patrolling of female staff for the purpose of women safety and help of women. has started.
Under this arrangement, women staff of RPF goes to Anuppur while skirting in Durg Bhopal Amarkantak Express at 9 pm and from there comes back to Bilaspur station while skirting in Durg Chhapra Sarnath Express. Apart from the women force in the Bilaspur Rail Division train, RPF is also putting women’s duty in the post.
