Under the circular issued by the Railway Board, it has been decided to restore the old system regarding the fare of AC coaches. After the implementation of the new rule, the fare of AC 3 economy coach will be less than AC 3 coach. This decision has been implemented from today itself i.e. from 22nd March.
Will have to pay less than third AC
From today, if you travel in AC 3 economy coach of the train, then you will have to pay less money than in third AC. According to railway officials, the passengers who have already booked tickets will also get the benefit of this decision. Yes, the money will be refunded by the Railways to the passengers who have taken tickets online and over the counter. According to the information, a commercial circular was issued by the Railways last year. After this circular, the fare of AC 3 coach and AC 3 economy coach was made equal.
The facility of blankets and sheets was started
Let us tell you that earlier blankets and sheets were not given to the passengers in the economy coach. But after increasing the fare of the economy coach from last year, the passengers started getting the facility of blankets and sheets. Now on March 21, by issuing a circular, the Railways has decided to restore the old system. Let us tell you that the number of seats in AC 3 coach is 72, while the number of berths in AC 3 economy coach is 80.
This is the reason that the berth of AC 3 economy coach is smaller than that of AC 3 coach. Actually, AC 3 economy coach was started by the Railways for such passengers who want to travel in AC coach but the ticket price comes in their way. Actually, the ticket for AC 3 economy coach was initially less than that of AC 3. Now once again the old system has been restored.
