New Delhi. Doubling of Chhapra-Ballia rail section of Varanasi division of North Eastern Railway is being done. Due to this work, pre-non interlock and non-interlock block is being taken at Gautamsthan station. Due to this, cancellation, route change, control, short termination/short origination and re-scheduling of 21 trains will be done from December 17 to 25.
According to Northeast Railway Spokesperson Pankaj Kumar Singh, the movement of trains running between the states of Bihar, Amritsar, Delhi, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal will be affected. Many trains are being canceled completely. At the same time, the route of many trains is being changed which is of Bihar, UP, Punjab, Gujarat, Delhi route. Trains The route will also be diverted.
