During this period you will neither be able to get the ticket canceled nor get the ticket reservation done. Not only this, you will not be able to avail online booking of seats, charting, counter inquiry or EDI services during this period.
There will be problem in railway booking tonight
According to the information received from Indian Railways, on April 22-23, you will not be able to get any information related to the operation of the train (Passenger Reservation System) by calling on 139 number. During this time you can neither book nor cancel any ticket by going to Delhi Railway Station. After facing trouble for about three and a half hours, this facility will be restored again.
Will not be able to get reservation-cancellation done
According to the Chief Public Relations Officer of Indian Railways, the PRS system (Passenger Reservation System) will be temporarily disrupted due to updating of database compression activity. Due to this, all the services of Delhi PRS will remain closed from 11.45 pm on 22 April to 3.15 am on 23 April 2023. During these 3.30 hours, people will not be able to take advantage of inquiry service, reservation, cancellation, internet booking and EDR service.
