Rules for the convenience of passengers with confirmed tickets
After the rules become strict from May 1, traveling in sleeper and AC coaches with waiting tickets will be banned. If a passenger is found in sleeper and AC coach with a waiting ticket, then the TTE can impose a fine on him or send him to the general coach. Chief Public Relation Officer of North Western Railway, Captain Shashi Kiran said that this rule has been made for the convenience of passengers traveling with confirmed tickets. So that passengers with confirmed tickets do not face inconvenience in the journey due to passengers with waiting tickets.
Along with inconvenience in the journey, the journey becomes difficult
Actually, passengers with waiting tickets enter sleeper and AC coaches and try to forcibly sit on the seats of passengers with confirmed tickets, which causes inconvenience to everyone. Apart from this, when the number of passengers with waiting tickets increases in sleeper and AC coaches, the way to and fro also gets closed, which not only causes inconvenience to the passengers but also makes their journey very difficult.
