Indian Railways Holi Special Trains: According to East Central Railway, these Holi special trains will run between Patna-Anand Vihar, Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur, Barauni-Pune and Jaynagar-Mumbai. Railways has shared the details of Holi special trains to be run for the convenience of passengers on the festival.
Indian Railways: Holi, the festival of colors, will be celebrated across the country on 8 March. Due to Holi, Indian Railways has also started preparations keeping in mind the festival of trains. East Central Railway zone of Indian Railways has announced to run Holi Special Trains to provide comfortable and convenient services to the passengers.
According to East Central Railway, these Holi special trains will run between Patna-Anand Vihar, Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur, Barauni-Pune and Jaynagar-Mumbai. Railways has shared the details of Holi special trains to be run for the convenience of passengers on the festival. Let us inform that East Central Railway had earlier also announced to run 3 Holi special trains.
Patna-Anand Vihar-Patna Superfast Holi Special Train
Train number- 03255, Patna-Anand Vihar Superfast Holi Special train will leave Patna every Thursday and Sunday from March 09 to March 23 at 22.20 hrs and will reach Anand Vihar at 15.00 hrs the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 03256, Anand Vihar – Patna Superfast Holi Special train will leave Anand Vihar at 23.30 hrs every Friday and Monday from March 10 to March 24 and will reach Patna at 17.20 hrs the next day.
This train will stop at Danapur, Arrah, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Prayagraj Junction and Kanpur Central railway stations in both directions during its journey.
Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur-Muzaffarpur Weekly Holi Special Train
Train number- 05271, Muzaffarpur-Yesvantpur Holi special train will leave Muzaffarpur at 15.30 hrs every Friday from March 10 to March 24 and will reach Yesvantpur at 16.30 hrs on Sundays. In the return direction, Train No. 05272 Yesvantpur – Muzaffarpur Weekly Holi Special train will leave Yesvantpur at 07.30 am on every Monday from March 13 to March 27 and reach Muzaffarpur at 12.00 noon on Wednesday.
This train during its journey passes through Hajipur, Patliputra, Arrah, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Prayagraj Chheoki, Manikpur, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Pipariya, Itarsi, Nagpur, Ballarshah, Sirpur Kagaznagar, Ramgundam, Kazipet, Jangaon, It will stop at Kacheguda, Shadnagar, Jadcharla, Mahbubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Don Junction, Gutti Junction, Anantapur and Dharmavaram railway stations in both the directions.
Barauni-Pune-Barauni Weekly Holi Special Train
Train number- 05279, Barauni-Pune weekly Holi special train will leave Barauni at 12.10 pm on March 09 and March 16 and reach Pune at 22.30 pm the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 05280 Pune-Barauni Weekly Holi Special train will leave Pune at 05.00 am on March 11 and March 18 and reach Barauni at 13.30 pm the next day.
This train passes through Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Patliputra, Danapur, Arrah, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Prayagraj Chheoki, Manikpur, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Daund Chord Line will stop at railway stations in both the directions.
Jaynagar-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal-Jayanagar Weekly Holi Special Train
Train No. 05561, Jaynagar-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal (Mumbai) Weekly Holi Special train will leave Jaynagar every Saturday at 23.50 hrs from 11th March to 25th March and will reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal (Mumbai) at 12.20 hrs on Mondays.
In the return direction, Train No. 05562 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal (Mumbai) – Jaynagar Weekly Holi Special train will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal (Mumbai) at 13.30 hrs every Monday from 14th March to 28th March and will reach Jaynagar at 08.00 hrs on Wednesdays .
This train will pass through Darbhanga, Samastipur, Barauni, Mokama, Bakhtiyarpur, Patna, Arrah, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Prayagraj Chheoki, Manikpur, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Nashik Road, Igatpuri and It will stop at Kalyan railway stations in both the directions.
