According to the Railways, out of 261 Ganpati special trains, Central Railway will run 201 Ganpati special trains. Whereas Western Railway will run 42 Ganpati special trains. Apart from this, KRCL will run 18 Ganpati special trains.

In the official information given by the Railways on Tuesday, it has been told that for the convenience of the passengers, the arrangements for these trains have started from the last week of August. This arrangement will last till September 20, 2021. Apart from this, sleeper class coaches have been fitted in various trains operating from Mumbai to decongest the crowd.

It is noteworthy that only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed to board these special trains. Railways says that passengers are requested to follow all norms, SOPs related to boarding, travel and destination 19 try.
