Indigo Flight Operation: Before the inauguration of Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Indigo is going to start its flight operations from Delhi and Ahmedabad.
Ayodhya Ram Mandir: The consecration program of Lord Ramlala is going to be held in the grand Ram temple being built in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024. People from all over the country are going to reach Ayodhya to participate in this grand event. Airlines have also geared up to take people to Ayodhya for this program. Indigo, the country’s largest private sector airline, is going to start flight operations from Delhi and Ahmedabad to Ayodhya from December 30, 2023.
Delhi to Ayodhya flight service for Rs 2,999
Indigo has shared the information about starting flight service from Delhi and Ahmedabad to Ayodhya through its official handle on social media platform X. Indigo wrote that from December 30, 2023, Indigo is going to launch flights from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya and from Delhi to Ayodhya. Airlines told that the air fare will start from Rs 2,999. Airlines have asked passengers going to Ayodhya to book tickets by visiting https://www.goindigo.in. Indigo said that the air fare of Rs 2,999 will be applicable on December 30, 2023, which is the lowest all-inclusive one-way fare. Indigo said that this one-way fare is applicable for limited seats.

Commercial flights from January 6
Commercial flights from Delhi to Ayodhya will start from January 6, 2024. On January 6, 2024, passengers will have to pay a fare of Rs 7799 from Delhi to Ayodhya. This flight will depart from Delhi at 11.55 am and reach Ayodhya at 1.15 pm. From January 11, 2024, three flights will fly from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya every week. For non-stop flight from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya, passengers will have to pay Rs 7199.

Indigo said in the press release that Indigo is the first airline to operate from Ayodhya Airport. With this, Ayodhya will be the 86th destination for Indigo where it will operate flights. IndiGo’s Global Sales Head Vinay Malhotra said, after the commencement of flight operations from Delhi and Ahmedabad to Ayodhya, Ayodhya will also be included in the aviation map of the country.
PM Modi will inaugurate the airport
Maryada Purushottam Shriram International Airport in Ayodhya will be ready by the end of December and it is believed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this airport. The construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya and the preparations related to it are in their final stages. The construction work of the ground floor of Ram temple has been completed. The ground floor is almost ready, floor finishing work is going on in some parts.
