Infosys: Infosys, the country’s second largest IT services company, has announced a 90 per cent bonus to its eligible employees for their better performance for the second quarter ending September of the current financial year 2024-25.
According to ET, the bonus benefit will be given to medium and junior level employees in delivery and sales units. These numbers are a large part of the more than 3.15 lakh employees of the Bengaluru-headquartered software company.
The company said in an email sent to the employees that it would credit the bonus with the salary of the month of November. However, the percentage of payment for everyone has been different depending on the performance of the employee and their contribution for the quarter.

The email reads, “In the second quarter, we have performed better with more profits, which has further strengthened our market value. This success is a result of your unwavering dedication, our strategic focus on margin performance. Your commitment is helping us build our capabilities and provide convenience to our customers. Thank you for your cooperation.”

Its consolidated earnings in the September quarter rose 4.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 6,506 crore. At the same time, its total earnings have increased by 5.1 per cent to Rs 40,986 crore. This time also the company has not disclosed how much it is paying unit-wise in the email sent to the employees.
