After this, the company was criticized a lot and complaints were also made to the government about its attitude. But now the company has announced a big gift to its employees. Sources associated with the company say that the employees will get their increment letter by the end of February.
This increase is happening from Infosys when the demand environment is improving and many IT companies expect that technical budgets will increase in the coming financial year. Indian IT companies, which get most of their revenue from North America. They hope that discretionary spending is increasing and now more companies are ready to invest in transformational projects after a gap of two years.
How much will be the increment in salary
Sources associated with Infosys say that the company will issue salary hike letters to its employees by the end of February. This time the average salary increase can be between 5% to 8%. This increase will be effective from April, 2025. The report also said that Infosys has started issuing promotion letters in batches, with the first batch sent at the end of December and the second batch will be sent at the end of February.

Infosys Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Sanghrajka says that annual salary increases in India for the next financial year are usually between 6-8% and salary increases abroad will be in line with previous compensation reviews. He said this after the company’s third quarter results came out.
How many employees in the company
Currently about 3.23 lakh employees work in Infosys. The company had announced on January 16 last month that it would implement a 6-8% annual salary hike for its employees in India from January 2025. This is the first phase of its planned salary revision, the second phase of which will be implemented in April 2025.
