Infosys Salary Hikes: Good news…! Infosys increased the salary of employees up to 10%, know details

Infosys Salary Hikes: IT service company Infosys on Tuesday sent salary revision letters to employees, in which the salary of most employees has been increased between 5% to 8%. According to a report by ET, solid and excellent performing employees, whose number is less, have got double digit (at least 10 percent) hike.

According to a report by ET, solid and excellent performing employees, whose number is less, have got double digit (at least 10 percent) hike. The company has increased salaries under the classification of “meeting expectations”, “commendable performance” and “better performance”.

Who did not get growth

According to ET’s report, employees who “met expectations” got a 5-7% hike, while “commendable” performers got a 7-10% hike. “Outstanding” performers, whose number was very less, were given a 10-20% hike. A section of employees told ET that those who came under the “need for improvement” category did not get any salary hike.

Some employees got increased salary from January 1

The salary hike includes employees of both Job Level 5 (up to Team Leader) and Job Level 6 (Manager below Vice President). He said that JL5 employees have got the new salary with effect from January 1, while JL6 employees will get it effective from April 1.

How many employees in Infosys

Let us tell you that Infosys last increased the salary in November 2023. In comparison, the salary hike this time was 5-10% less. A similar decline was also seen in the performance bonus (variable pay) payment announced by the company last week.

This increase relates to the valuation period from September 2023 to October 2024, for which eligible employees received their rating letters in December. The Bengaluru-based software company has about 323,000 employees on its roster.
