Gujarat facility has 47 vacancies for Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production) and 7 vacancies for JEA-IV (P&U). Whereas, 7 posts of Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production) and 4 posts of JEA-IV (P&U-O&M) are vacant in Haldia facility.
This will be the selection process
Under the selection process of IOCL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in written exam and skill test. Out of this, the skill test will be of qualifying nature, the marks of which will not be added for making the merit list.
In the written exam, the subject knowledge, numerical ability and general awareness of the candidates will be tested. Subject knowledge section will be of 75 marks, Numerical Ability will be of 15 marks and General Awareness will be of 10 marks. 40 percent marks are required to pass in this, after which the candidates will be shortlisted for the skill test. However, SC and ST candidates will get some relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.
