IOCL Recruitment 2025: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited applications to fill 246 vacancies of non-executive. These include the posts of Junior Operator, Junior Attendant and Junior Business Assistant. Under this, recruitment will be done in other states including Haryana, Himachal, Pradesh, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online by visiting the official website. Online application portals will remain open till 23 February 2025.

Non-Executive, Total Posts 246

- Qualification – Must have passed 10th class. Also have ITI certificate in relevant trade (Electronics / Mechanic / Electrician / Machinist / Fitter etc.).
- Pay Scale- Rs 23,000 to Rs 78,000.
Junior Attendant Grade-I, Posts 23
- Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary (Class XII) with minimum 40 marks from a recognized board.
- Pay Scale- Rs 23,000 to Rs 78,000.
Junior Business Assistant, Posts 08
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any subject with minimum 45.
- Pay Scale- Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,05,000.
- Age Limit- Minimum 18 and maximum 26 years. Age will be calculated as on 31 January 2025. Reserved categories will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per rules.
- Selection Process- Selection will be based on Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test.

- First of all login to the official website of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (https://iocl.com/). Go to the Indian Oil for You section on the homepage. Then click on Indian Oil Career and then click on Apprenticeship.
- Many notifications related to recruitment will appear on the page that opens. Out of these, click on the recruitment related notification named ‘Recruitment of Non-Executive Personnel in Marketing Division-2025’.
- The PDF of the notification will be downloaded on the new page. Before applying, read it thoroughly and ensure your eligibility.
- Come back to the previous page. Here the option of ‘New Registration’ will appear in front. Candidates click on it to register themselves.
- The registration form will open on the new page. Now enter the information asked during registration. Now click on ‘Generate Mobile OTP’ and ‘Generate E-mail OTP’ given below.
- Enter the OTP number received on the registered mobile number and e-mail here. Finally submit the registration form by filling the captcha. With this your registration process will be completed.
- Come back to the previous page. Here the option of ‘Exist User’ will appear. Click on it and ‘Login’.
- The application form will open on the new page. Enter the information asked in the application form. Now upload the scanned copy of the documents asked in the application form. Finally submit the application form.
Application fee – Rs 300 for General / OBC category and EWS. Free for SC / ST category and Divyang. Fee has to be paid online through credit card / debit card / internet banking or UPI.
