IOCL Recruitment 2025: Candidate Qualification-
- The minimum age of the candidates to apply is 18 years and the maximum age is 26 years. The age of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of 31 January 2025.
- SC and ST category candidates have been given 5 years relaxation in age. OBC (NCL) has got 3 years relaxation in maximum age. PwBD candidates have been given 10 years relaxation in maximum age.
- The educational qualification is different for each post.

IOCL Recruitment 2025: Application Fee-
General, EWS and OBC (NCL) candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 300 to apply. ST, SC, PwBD and ESM candidates will not have to pay any fee to fill the application form.
IOCL Recruitment 2025: SalaryÂ
1. Candidates on Junior Operator posts will be given a salary ranging from Rs 23,000 to Rs 78,000 every month.
2. Candidates on Junior Attendant posts will be given a salary ranging from Rs 23,000 to Rs 78,000 every month.
3. Candidates on Junior Business Assistant posts will be given a salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,05,000 every month.
The selection of candidates for this recruitment will be done on the basis of Computer Based Test followed by Skill/Efficiency/Physical Test (SPPT).
