The company will be able to save 20 percent tax through the local assembly of the iPhone 11, which the company had previously paid to import the handset from its global manufacturing plant. Apple has Foxconn, Wistron and Pegatron as suppliers to their iPhone models and all three are currently investing heavily in the Indian market.
