Indian Railways Refund Rule Changed: Big news! Now refund is available even after missing the train, check refunds rules

IRCTC New Guidelines has announced new guidelines for passengers traveling at night. The new rules issued by the government are for the convenience of passengers sleeping in trains at night. If you do not follow the small modifications of railways properly, you can get into a lot of trouble.

The Railways introduced a set of new guidelines last year, which included that Travel Ticket Examiners (TTEs) cannot check tickets after 10 pm (not applicable for passengers boarding a train after 10 pm). Middle berth passengers can sleep in their berths after 10 pm till 6 am. And if someone misses a train, TTE can allot his seat to others only after one hour or after crossing 2 incoming stations (whichever is sooner).

IRCTC New Guidelines : With all these rules still in force, the government has added one more rule to it, no passenger in your seat, coach or coach can talk on mobile in loud voice or listen to loud music Is. The new rule is to ensure the convenience of other passengers, especially senior citizens. There have been many complaints of people listening to songs and talking loudly in their coaches while traveling in the train. In some complaints, it was also reported that the railway escort or maintenance staff also talks loudly.

Reportedly, the passengers often turn on their lights after 10 pm and disturb the sleep of everyone in the coach and adjoining coaches.
Keeping these issues in mind, the Railways has issued new guidelines. In cases where passengers do not follow the rules; Action will be taken against them. During night travel, passengers are not allowed to talk loudly or listen to music without headphones. If any passenger complains about any other passenger then it will be the responsibility of the staff present in the train.
