If you also want to visit Mata Vaishno Devi then IRCTC is giving you tremendous offer. Under this offer, you can tour Mata Vaishno Devi cheaply. This journey will start from January 2.
In fact, IRCTC Tourism has brought tour packages of three nights and four days to the popular temple of Vaishno Devi this time. The temple of Maa Vaishno Devi is a symbol of Goddess Shakti and reverence. Mata Rani’s court is situated at an altitude of about 5200 feet. It is 12 km from Katra. A tour package has been prepared by IRCTC for the darshan of the mother at a very costly expense.

Travel program
In this tour package, the journey will start from Delhi. The itinerary under this is – New Delhi-Jammu-Katra-Banganga-Katra-Jammu-New Delhi.
Day 1 – New Delhi
On the first day, the Jat Special will start from New Delhi Railway Station at 20:40. Let us tell you that in this you will get the facility of AC 3 tier.
Day 2 – Jammu – Katra
After this, they will reach Jammu railway station at 05:00 on the second day. Then, there will be a pickup in a non-AC train from Jammu Railway Station to Katra. After this, we will stop at Saraswati Dham on the way to get the travel slip. Then check-in at the hotel. After this, breakfast and drop will be given till Banganga. Then darshan will be done in the temple. Then returning to the hotel late in the evening, have dinner and stay there for the night.
Day 3 – Katra – Jammu
After breakfast in the morning, you can take out for a walk somewhere. You will be given lunch after check-out at 12 noon. After lunch, departure will be done for Jammu Railway Station by non AC train at 02:00. Thereafter, after darshan en route to Kand Kandoli Temple, Raghunathji Temple and Bage Bahu Garden, one has to reach Jammu Railway Station by 7 PM for boarding at NDLS – JAT SPL-02426 at 2125 hrs.
Day 4 – Arrival New Delhi

Cancellation policy
- If you want to cancel your booking in this package of Mata Vaishno Devi of IRCTC, then you must first know its rules.
- If you cancel the booking 15 days before the journey, then you will have to pay a charge of Rs 250.
- If you cancel the booking between 8 to 14 days, then you will have to pay 25 percent charge.
- 50 percent charge has to be paid on cancellation of booking between 4 to 7 days.
- If you cancel the booking 4 days in advance, you will not get a refund.
