To apply for the Ration Card, you have to visit the portal of the Food and Logistics Department of your state. Different states have their own portals. In such a situation, you will have to download the ration card application form from these portals. The form has to be filled well and submitted to the nearest ration dealer or food supply office. If you are from rural area, you can submit the form to the Tehsil office.
