How to fill ITR through WhatsApp:
Step-1 Save ClearTax’s WhatsApp number (+91 8951262134) and start the process by sending a message.
Step-2 Choose your preferred language from the available options.
Step-3 Now provide your PAN card number or upload your PAN card.
Step-4 Provide your Aadhaar card number and enter the e-mail address.
Step-5 Now choose the appropriate ITR form, for now, the service is available only for ITR 1 and ITR 4.
Step-6 Now enter the required information including images. This includes personal details, income details and required documents.

If you earn income from pension or salary, single house property, or other sources (except betting, gambling and lottery) then you can file your return through ITR-1 (also called Sahaj). ITR-4 Form (‘Sugam’) is applicable to HUFs and partnership firms that earn income from any business or profession.
