JEE Advanced 2023 Exam Day Guidelines: Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati will organize JEE Advanced exam tomorrow i.e. on June 4, 2023, Saturday. Those candidates who are appearing in this year’s Joint Entrance Examination Advanced, they should know the guidelines issued for the examination before going to take the exam. On the day of the exam, go for the exam only after knowing what to keep in mind, what to do, what not to do, so that you do not face any kind of problem there.
Keep these rules in mind
- Carry a hard copy of the admit card with you while going for the JEE Advanced exam.
- For verification, along with the hard copy of the admit card, you must also carry a valid ID proof.
- Candidates should know that the center will be opened at 7 am on the day of the exam.
- Leave home on time and walk taking extra time.
- Reach the exam center at least one hour before the commencement of JEE Advanced exam.
- Candidates can take pen, pencil with them as well as carry water in a transparent bottle.
- Items not to be carried include digital devices, smart watches, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, microphones, etc.
- Also any electronic gadget, printed, blank or hand written paper, log table, writing pad, scale, eraser, geometry box, pencil – box, pouch, calculator, pen drive, electronic pen, scanner, wallet, handbag, camera, goggles And it is forbidden to carry other such items.
- This year around 1.9 lakh candidates have registered for JEE Advanced. Of this, 44,000 are girls and the rest are boys.
- The exam will be of three hours and a total of two papers will be taken. The first paper will be held between 9 am to 12 noon and the second paper will be held between 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
