Naresh Goyal Wife Death: Anita Goyal, wife of Jet Airways owner Naresh Goyal, has passed away in Mumbai. He was undergoing cancer treatment for a long time. His last rites will be performed today in Mumbai. Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal is also a cancer patient and is currently out on bail.

Sources associated with the family said that Anita Goyal died around 3 o’clock, after receiving the news of which relatives and friends reached the hospital. Naresh Goyal was with his wife ever since she got bail and when Anita Goyal breathed her last, he was with her.
Naresh Goyal was in jail for a long time – recently got bail
Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal was recently granted interim bail for two months and was in jail in a money laundering case. Naresh Goyal had sought relief from the court on the grounds of illness and on May 6, the court had granted interim bail for two months on medical grounds.
What case is pending against Naresh Goyal?
ED had arrested Naresh Goyal in September last year in a money laundering case. The CBI had filed this case following a complaint by Canara Bank in which Naresh Goyal was accused of alleged fraud of Rs 7,000 crore and the arrest was made on the basis of the FIR registered by the CBI.

Naresh Goyal was diagnosed with cancer while he was in jail. When Naresh Goyal was presented in the court, he explained his situation and requested the court to grant him bail.
