Ranchi, State Bureau. Government of Jharkhand has transferred five officers of the State Administrative Service. The notification related to this has been issued on Friday. Bhishma Kumar, special secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, has been made the state project director of the Jharkhand Tribal Development Society. Similarly, Dilip Tirkey, Additional Collector, Hazaribagh, has been made the Director of Food Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs Department. Rajkumar Gupta, joint secretary of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, has been appointed as special functionary of Zap IT.
Ashif Ikram, the officer awaiting posting, has been made Additional Collector of Ranchi. Personnel Vidyanand Sharma Pankaj, General Manager, Jharkhand Urja Vikas Nigam Limited, has been made the Director of Accounts Administration and Self Employment at District Rural Development Agency Sahibganj.
