As per the information, Jio users will have to sign-up on the MyJio app for the welcome offer. This app is available on Play Store and Apple Store. Users have to enter their number to sign-up.

After signing up, you should see a Jio True 5G Welcome Offer banner on the app. By visiting this you can see how to use Jio’s 5G service. After following the instructions you will be able to sign-up for the offer.

It is to be noted here that Jio will confirm your eligibility by sending a text message. It is difficult to say in how many days this confirmation will come. It may take up to a week to receive the welcome offer. According to the information, there is also a condition that users should have an unlimited calling plan of Rs 239 or more. The most important thing is that your smartphone should be 5G enabled.
