Mukesh Ambani launches Reliance Jio AirFiber: Jio launches wireless high speed internet AirFiber. Today Mukesh Ambani’s company Reliance Jio launched it (Jio AirFiber) in 8 metro cities of the country on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. It is an integrated end-to-end solution, which will provide services like home entertainment, smart home service and high-speed broadband.
The company has made this new service live in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune. Let us tell you, Jio’s optical fiber infrastructure is spread over more than 15 lakh km across the country. But even now wire connectivity is very difficult in crores of complexes and houses. But to solve this problem, Reliance’s Jia has launched this new AirFiber.
Two new plans launched
Jio AirFiber will ease the difficulty of last mile connectivity. The company is hoping to reach 20 crore homes and premises through Jio AirFiber. The company has introduced two plans of this air fiber in the market. One is air fiber and the other is air fiber max. In the Air Fiber plan, two types of speed plans have been offered to the customers. These include 30MBPS and 100MBPS.
What is so special in these plans?
The company has kept the price of the initial 30MBPS plan at Rs 599. Whereas the price of 100MBPS plan has been kept at Rs 899. In both the plans, the customer will get more than 550 digital channels and 14 entertainment apps. Under the Air Fiber plan, the company has also introduced a plan of Rs 1199 with 100MBPS speed. Premium apps like Netflix, Amazon and Jio Cinema will also be available in it.
