- After downloading the application, when you will open my jio app for the first time, then you have to create an account by entering your mobile number and entering OTP. But if the Jio number whose call history you want to remove, if it will be in your mobile itself, then you will not need to create an account, it will be automatically login. Still, if there is no automatic login, then you can be logged in as I told you above.
- Then when you open the MyJio app, then you will see some type of screen as shown in the screenshot below. If you have already installed My Jio app, then you must update it.

Here you will see the last day’s outgoing call details of your Jio number.
