How to download call statement
The MyJio app also allows you to download details of your call history. You can download the call statement by selecting a custom date range of 7 days, 15 days, 30 days or up to 180 days.
However, this statement will not be directly visible in the MyJio app, but it will be sent to your registered or specified email address. This report includes the duration of the call, the number called and other important information.
