This Ultra Affordable 4G Smartphone made jointly by Reliance Jio and Google will be sold in two models. In which one will be the JioPhone Next Basic model and the other will be the JioPhone Next Advance model. According to the report, the price of the basic model can be Rs 5,000 and the price of the advanced model can be Rs 7,000.
These coming two weeks are going to be very special for both Reliance Jio and Jio fans. In the month of June, the company announced its Ultra Affordable 4G SmartPhone made by Google, which is going to be available for sale in the country from September 10 with the name JioPhone Next. It is discussed that pre-booking of this phone can be started in the first week of September. But even before the company’s announcement today, many important information related to the prebooking, price and sale of JioPhone Next has come to the fore through media reports.
Important information related to JioPhone Next smartphone has been received through ET Now. It has been claimed in this media report that for the sale of JioPhone Next, Reliance Jio has set a target of selling 50 million mobile units in the next 6 months. To fulfill this goal, the company has partnered with State Bank of India (SBI), Piramal Capital, IDFC First Assure and DMI Finance and all of them together are going to do business of Rs 10,000 crore.
Book JioPhone Next by paying 10% amount
According to the report, users will not need to pay the full amount for the purchase of JioPhone Next smartphone made jointly by Reliance Jio and Google. Customers can buy this phone by paying only 10 percent of the phone price i.e. by making a down payment of only 10 percent of the total amount. The remaining price of the phone will be paid by the above mentioned banks and finance companies in the form of EMI. According to the report, apart from the above 5 banks, Reliance Jio has also signed credit support deals worth Rs 2,500 crore with four non-banking finance companies (NBFCs).
JioPhone Next will be sold in two models
A big disclosure has also been made about JioPhone Next that Reliance Jio will launch two models of this phone in the market. According to the report, one of these will be the JioPhone Next Basic model and the other will be the JioPhone Next Advance model. It is being told that the price of the basic model of JioPhone Next will be around Rs 5,000 and the JioPhone Next Advanced model can be launched in the market at a price of around Rs 7,000.
JioPhone Next will be available for just Rs 500
The ET report claimed that to get JioPhone Next, customers will have to pay only 10 percent of the phone price. Accordingly, if the JioPhone Next Basic model is actually launched for Rs 5,000, then after making a 10 percent down payment, the common man can take the phone to his home for just Rs 500. Similarly, to buy JioPhone Next Advanced variant of Rs 7,000, the customer will have to pay only Rs 700.
What will be the actual price of JioPhone Next, this information cannot be said to be firm until Reliance Jio itself makes an official announcement of the price of this phone. It is expected that in the coming few days, the company will also give information about the phone’s price, sale and other offers including booking.
