Form to be filled
A form for deletion of fellow account holder’s name can be obtained from the bank branch or you can also download the form from the bank’s website. In this form, the signature of the people in whose name the account is there and those whose name is to be deleted will also have to submit the form by taking the signature.
This information has to be given
In the form, you have to give information about the account number and type of account i.e. the type of account as well as the name of the account holder whose name is to be deleted. If the person whose name you want to remove is a minor, then in such a case the name of his guardian has to be mentioned.
Changes can be made in the account
