Essential Educational Qualification
- Chief General Manager (HR) – Full time MBA/MSW or equivalent graduate with HR/IR specialization from a recognized University/Management Institute.
- General Manager (Finance) – Graduation and should be a member of Institute of
- Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Accountants of India with consistently good academic record.
- General Manager (Commerce) – PG MBA in Marketing Management with BE/B.Tech or equivalent in any discipline/two years PG Diploma.
- General Manager (Materials)-1 BE or B.Tech or equivalent with Diploma or Degree in Materials Management with good academic record.
