Kisan Credit Card: Kisan Credit Cards are provided to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Through these cards, farmers can avail loans at a cheaper rate. Through this, loans of Rs 89,810 crore have been provided to farmers at a cheaper rate. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman shared this information. About 1.1 crore Kisan Credit Card (KCC) holders have been given this benefit.

This is how you can apply for this card: You can apply for the card by going to any commercial bank. For this, you can visit the website of the bank from which you want to get a credit card. On the website you have to click on the Kisan Credit Card section. Download the application form from here and go to the nearest bank branch and submit it
Keep these documents together: for this the card will be made free of cost, you will need some documents. If you have an Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, driving license, then you can easily get the card made.
Old financial information will be sought: Loan officer will ask you for information about old agricultural loan. The loan officer will talk to you and if all your documents, eligibility is found correct, along with the loan being approved, you will be sent to the card address.
