LIC lapsed policy: Do this work quickly by March 25, otherwise the money will be stuck! know details immediately

LIC lapsed policy: Public sector insurance company Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) said that if your policy has also lapsed, then now you can start your policy again.

Life Insurance Policy: If you also have LIC policy, then there is important news for you. Public sector insurance company Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) said that if your policy has also lapsed, then now you can start your policy again. For this the company has started a campaign.

Can be started till 25 March
LIC has given information about this in a press release on Saturday. LIC said that you can revive the policy which has lapsed during the premium paying period between 7 February 2022 to 25 March 2022.

Activate policy again
“The COVID-19 pandemic has emphasized the need for insurance cover and this campaign is a good opportunity for LIC policyholders to reactivate their policies,” the insurance company said.

Fee exemption will also be available
LIC said that the charges on reactivation of a lapsed policy are also being waived. However, this exemption will not be available on term plans and high risk insurance plans.

Start the policy which lapsed 5 years ago
Apart from this, no relief will be given in the medical report required for reactivation of the policy. But in health and micro insurance plans, the charges on late premium payment will be waived. A policy that has not paid premium for five years can also be activated under this campaign.
